Everything included in our breakfast is home-made, freshly prepared and lovingly arranged. The products are all from the region, and are almost entirely organically grown. Special highlights include our warm mueslis, the home-made millet gruel, the spelt pancakes. Of course we also serve all kinds of egg dishes. Our breakfast chefs prepare and serve all warm dishes à la carte. Men – who are also welcome to have breakfast in the Lino restaurant – are served by the service personnel.
